  • Connect With Someone You Love – Have The Conversation You’ve Always Wanted to Have.
  • Meditate – Search The Infinite Abyss.
  • Read A Fictional Story – Stories Provide Momentary Escape And Are Often Through-Provoking.
  • Go For A Walk In the Natural World (Parks Count).
  • Take Off Your Shoes And Walk On The Grass/Dirt.
  • Hang Out With An Animal – Domestic or Otherwise (Though, If Otherwise, Keep Your Distance).
  • Cook – Dive In! Recognize Where Your Food Comes From. Eat with Gratitude.
  • Take a Nap.
  • Get Out Of Your Head And Into Your Body. Dance. Do Jumping Jacks. Practice Yoga.
